There are two very important parts of Delaware Camping Center. The first, and most important, is our customers and the second is our employees. When choosing team members, our focus is with people who take pride in their work and are customer oriented. Our philosophy is simple... "Treat others the way you would want to be treated."

Tom Baty, President Tom has been an RV'er since the age of five. In fact, he would rather be camping than working. Tom and his wife, Rita have been married for 22 years and have 3 children and 10 grandchildren. |

Rita Baty, Vice President After "retiring" from the University of Delaware Sea Grant Program in 2009, Rita started her second "career". Her responsibilities include Marketing and Advertising and Webmaster. |

Butch Wingate, General Manager Butch is a local Georgetown Boy and has been with the company since 2000. He started out working on weekends and became full time as Sales Manager in September 2000. There was a promotion to General Sales Manager and is currently the General Manager. |

Art Blanchette, Sales Consultant and Business Office Art first came to work here in February, 2000. He and his wife, Lisa, moved to Pennsylvania temporarily before returning to Delaware in 2008. Art is both a bookkeeper in our business office and a sales consultant. |

Don Hardy, Sr. Trained and Experienced Service Technician Don and his wife, Norma, became part of the Delaware Camping Center family in March, 2002. Don is our Road Service Specialist. |

Don Hardy, Jr. Trained and Experienced Service Technician Don Jr., or DJ as he is lovingly called, has been with s since May, 2005. |

Mike Della Camera Construction Service Technician Mike recently "retired" from working full time to tackle his wife Carol's Honey Do List. We are lucky Mike has agreed to work part time on special projects and we can take advantage of his special skills. |
